Ahhhh Thanksgiving. One of my favorite holidays of the year. Christmas is a close runner up, but Thanksgiving is all about dinner with your family and being reminded of all you are grateful for. It’s also the second half of the fall season, and the beginning of SNOWFALL! I just can’t get enough. My fall season has been a particularly crazy travel and work schedule, so I am excited to dive into transitioning our home from Halloween to Thanksgiving and winter decor this next week. For now, here are a few festive activities that I plan to do this Thanksgiving month.

DECORATE

Time to take down those spooky signs and carved pumpkins! Spice up that once Halloween themed mantle with gold and bronze colors, and add a super cute printable. I can’t decide which one of these I like better, so I will probably print both. 🙂

I am LOVING this saying and seeing it everywhere this year: Who doesn’t love a little Gobble Wobble?!

DRESS TO IMPRESS

I think it’s adorable to wear a cute little reminder for yourself on what this holiday is truly about. This plaid “thankful” sweatshirt is too cute and can be worn all winter.

I am also dying over this “thankful heart” tee. SO sweet and simple.

GIVE THE GIFT OF THANKS TO THOSE YOU LOVE

My fiance knows that I am all about notes and reminders about why he is THEE best. I literally find excuses all year long to make cards and notes. St. Patricks Day card (so what if he isn’t Irish?) Easter basket (no, those aren’t just for kids) Postcard in the airport, you get the picture! I was pretty psyched when I found this cute “Top 10 Reasons I’m Thankful for You” printable. Will definitely be using it this year.

GET FIT BEFORE YOU CHOW DOWN

November is the perfect month to get your booty in gear and nail down a work out routine. Trust me, it is a heck of a lot easier to jump into your January routine when you have been working out DURING the holidays. My work out instructor always does the following “Planksgiving” routine during November. Gives you something to work towards leading up to Thanksgiving Day!

I am so stoked for the next 2 months of blog posts! Too many Thanksgiving and Christmas ideas to count! I may have to start doing more than one post a week… Don’t forget to email or message me with what else you want to see on this blog! I love new ideas.

Hooray for November!

Uniquely,
B.
